As part of IPSO’s collaboration with Rangers FC, we recently conducted an intensive training program for their academy scouts, providing them with expert knowledge and insight into player scouting.

Among the dedicated individuals who took this training further is Luke Renyard, a Performance Analyst from the Rangers FC academy. Renyard’s eagerness to improve led him to extend his learning journey by enrolling in the IPSO education program.

Renyard had this to say about his experience with IPSO, “Despite being a Performance Analyst, the 1-12 workshops included a high level of detail and information that were very transferable to analysts & coaches. The workshops are incredibly detailed with position-specific information but understandable to every recipient. They provided a strong foundation for increasing my scouting knowledge. I would highly recommend these workshops to anyone interested in scouting.”
