I attended the World football summit that was held in the Wanda Metropolitano ( Athletico Madrid Stadium) from the 22nd to 23rd of September 2021. As a country manager with IPSO and a professional football agent with Zandasports agency, networking was my primary reason for attending and it was worth it. The organisation of this event was top notch and the option to book meetings with other attendees on the official application made it easier to connect with people of interest. I had some interesting conversations and made new acquaintances among the many attendees ranging from club presidents, directors, former superstars and other agents. The big take away for me is the realisation of how big the role of technology is in the future of the game of football.
