THERE ARE NO PREREQUISITE FOR THIS WORKSHOP
These workshops are mind blowing and will have you hooked from the start. 90 Minutes each with a 30 minute Q & A at the end totaling 2 hours per workshop.
We are showing you in these 4 workshops what scouting & analysis is all about and what you can gain from them when participating. Here your testing the water with IPSO very simple, if you like you can continue if not you have not wasted a substantial amount of money on substandard workshops that don’t hit the spot.
Here’s the rundown:
WORKSHOP 1. You will see how BIAS has a big effect in your decision making,
WORKSHOP 2. You will see the hard work that goes into scouting youth players with detail and easy procedures to follow to be very accurate in your decisions.
WORKSHOP 3. You will see the difference between first team scouting & youth scouting. It is massive as in youth your looking for potential, where as in the first team environment your looking for the here and now.
WORKSHOP 4. How difficult match reporting is but how rewarding, taking your football knowledge to a new level.
Why not do all 4 workshops together and save yourself £20 as they cost £60 compared to the £80 you’d pay out for them individually. It’s worth it 4 for the price of 3 makes sense and you’ll got 4 certificates with approximately 8 hours education. Our advice is to participate on the first four workshops (1-4). You can then move onto Level 3 and go back to finish off the other 8 workshops. If you decide to do all 12.

These workshops are about areas in scouting & analysis that you have to cover in recruitment.
Workshop 1 in BIAS:
A ‘‘super important’’ workshop explaining that most people watching football are BIAS without even knowing it (including people in the game). We explain the consequences of not understanding bias in scouting and analysis.
The next 3 workshops are all great introductions to our courses. Explained more clearly below.
We will look to demonstrate how you could display prejudice against a player or team without really knowing it. Whether it be for good reasons or bad reasons. This is a MUST for anyone starting off in scouting and it will even enlighten the experienced scouts. We will delve into the psychology aspects of analysis when looking at players. We at IPSO believe everyone involved in football should go on this workshop whether it be scouts, coaches, analysts, agent or even the manager. Why? Simple it will stop you making mistakes that you didn’t even know you did while analysing and watching players at any level. We will point out the unnoticed Bias you may hold on or against a player that could cost you dearly in the future. We will look at this from a football perspective proving the wrongs you do without you noticing it when looking at a player.
We will look at how to evaluate a young player in talent identification. This workshop is an insight to our live TID course of how to assess a young player from grassroots to the professional game. This is a good understanding to see the difference when looking at young players compared to senior players at any level. We will show you the procedure when looking for potential at various ages with an age specific scouting procedure. After this we will show you the importance of understanding team shapes and positions before analysing a player.
This is all about first team level scouting that shows you how our Level 4 course works and the ‘‘Attention to Detail’’ needed when assessing players around the first team environment. We will show you the detailed analysis clubs and associations go into when analysing senior players. This detailed workshop shows you what makes a difference from one player to another whether it’s good or bad and it will show you the thought process when assessing these players. Deep analysis for the scouts, agents, coaches, managers or the avid fan who wants to take it to the next level.
We are going to analyse the match report. This is a look into the live Level 5 course. We are going to show you how it’s made, the detail that needs to go into it, the procedure and structure of a match report but most importantly how important the report is for the manager and how to beat the opposition. This detailed workshop lifts the lid on how difficult this match report is to make and the amount of knowledge and experience needed to make a high standard report.

DURING THE ONLINE COURSE (IMPORTANT)
You may be required to receive video links for the course on occasions where you look at the clip through a separate window with other students in tasks then jump back to the course under instructions from the tutor. The course is interactive and participants can ask questions at any time when participating. Your video is required to be turned on throughout the course to create the classroom effect.
