ABOUT THE PARTNERSHIP

IPSO will move into the scouting of women’s football with the support of Sisu Sports Management.

Sisu can provide opportunities for our course attendees to gain practical experience live out in the field. Sisu will look to use IPSO trained scouts in a retained capacity knowing the quality and strength of education the scouts have gained from participating on our courses. This is a great opportunity for everyone to step forward and improve your skills learnt with IPSO.

The women’s game has evolved tremendously over recent years and now is the time where we can get our scouts practically involved in it through Sisu.

HOW WE WILL WORK TOGETHER & WHAT SCOUTS WILL GET PAID WITH BONUSES

Scouting opportunities in the women’s game have become available through the partnership of Sisu Sports Management and IPSO. The games will be shared out equally through the IPSO scouts who have passed our Level 3 course TID in youth scouting.

Sisu Sports Management have come up with a good payment system that will be fruitful and fair for all IPSO scouts working with Sisu Sports Management through IPSO. Each scout will be paid £37.50 per game and will only be expected to travel within a radius of 1 hour distance from their home. They will get a reward in a percentage of any player commission if the player gets signed up with a professional contract. Both parties (IPSO & SISU) will assess the reports of our scouts to see who had the most impact in their reporting that led to the player turning professional.
