Gert Kams is an ex Estonian professional footballer who played as a right-back for both Club and the Estonia National Team. He is currently the Technical Director for Paide Linnameeskond FC in Estonia.

Gert attended our Level 3 Course, Grassroots to Pro-Academy Youth Course, live with the Estonian Football Association in May 2022. 

He had this to say about his time on the course.

I have been working as a technical director for 3 years and I went to the IPSO scouting course for the first time in May and to be honest, I would say it’s really important for all technical directors to go on this course as soon as possible, it’s a very eye-opening experience in what is needed in the everyday work of a scout. You will get so much good information to make your work even more effective. Colin the education director of IPSO as a person is really humble and has a lot of experience from delivering courses from all over the world. The course has a good flow and good energy.
