THERE ARE NO PREREQUISITE FOR THESE WORKSHOPS
We have developed a 90 minute workshop program that will help everyone in the game from grassroots to the professionals from coaches to scouts, analysts, players, agents and technical directors when they are analyzing their players. It will also help everyone develop their game knowledge in the process.
We start our brand new USA workshops 1, 2, 3 & 4 on Friday 10th November at 6 PM to 9 PM USA time (eastern time) with our Workshop number 1 called Investigating Bias in football (soccer), followed by the Workshop 2 Evaluating Young Players & Team Shapes both will last 90 minutes so a total of 3 hours will be delivered. You will gain 1 worldwide FREE CPD certificate worth 2 Credits. But you will have participated on two workshops.
On Saturday 11th, workshops 3 & 4 will be delivered at 2 AM to 5 PM with the same procedures. Workshop 3 being Exploring Detailed Player Analysis and Workshop 4 Analysing Match Reporting.
If you can’t make both days it’s not a problem, as we just put you on the next workshop as they are repeated approximately every 5-6 weeks over the year so you don’t miss out if the time or day doesn’t suit. On completion you will gain an IPSO certificate for each workshop for CPD (Continuous Professional Development) in regards to your coaching qualifications you already have. We will also give you a PDF of slides from the workshop in a booklet form so you have something to take away from the presentation as well as the contacts of the new people you have met plus your notes. In the end gaining valuable knowledge, materials, certificates and contacts.

We will look to demonstrate how you could display prejudice against a player or team without really knowing it. Whether it be for good reasons or bad reasons. This is a MUST for anyone starting off as an amateur or professional in the football world of scouting & analysis it will even enlighten the experienced professionals.
We will delve into the Psychological Aspects of analysis when looking at players or teams.
We at IPSO believe everyone involved in football should participate on this workshop whether it be scouts, coaches, analysts, managers, technical directors and agents.
WHY?
Simple it will stop you making mistakes that you didn’t even know you did when analysing and watching players at any level. We will point out the unnoticed BIAS you may hold on or against a player that could cost you dearly in the future. We will look at this from a football perspective proving the wrongs you do without you noticing it when looking at a player or team.
A must for serious scouts or analysts looking to improve their knowledge when looking at ”The BIAS in scouting.”
Workshop 2 ”Evaluating Young Players & Team Shapes”
We will look at how to evaluate a young player in talent identification.
This workshop is an insight into our live TID COURSE of how to look at players from grassroots youth up to under 23’s football as far as the professional game. This is a good understanding to see the difference when looking at young players compared to senior players at any level.
We will show you the procedure when looking for potential at various ages with an age specific scouting procedure. After this we will show you the importance of understanding team shapes and positions before analysing a player.
Workshop 3 ”Exploring Detailed Player Analysis”
This is all about first team level scouting that shows you how our Level 4 course works and the ‘‘Attention to Detail’’ needed when assessing players around the first team environment. We will show you the detailed analysis clubs and associations go into when analysing senior players. This detailed workshop shows you what makes a difference from one player to another whether it’s good or bad and it will show you the thought process when assessing these players. Deep analysis for the scouts, agents, coaches, managers or the avid fan who wants to take it to the next level.
Workshop 4 ”Analysing Match Reporting”
We are going to analyse the match report. This is a look into the live Level 5 course. We are going to show you how it’s made, the detail that needs to go into it, the procedure and structure of a match report but most importantly how important the report is for the manager and how to beat the opposition. This detailed workshop lifts the lid on how difficult this match report is to make and the amount of knowledge and experience needed to make a high standard report.
Each workshop is $24 and for 4 workshops it should be $96 but we discount it to $60 plus tax because you are doing all 4 together we call it the 1-4 SERIES.
It’s worth it 4 for the price of 3 makes sense and you’ll got 4 certificates with approximately 8 hours education. Our advice is to participate on the first four workshops (1-4). You can then move onto Level 3 and go back to finish off the other 8 workshops. If you decide to do all 12 workshops for $150 plus tax

DURING THE ONLINE COURSE (IMPORTANT)
You may be required to receive video links for the course on occasions where you look at the clip through a separate window with other students in tasks then jump back to the course under instructions from the tutor. The course is interactive and participants can ask questions at any time when participating. Your video is required to be turned on throughout the course to create the classroom effect.
