Welcome to Workshop 1, “Investigating BIAS in Scouting,” a football workshop that is part of our football education program, which aims to shed light on how prejudice can unknowingly impact your assessment of players or teams. This scouting workshop is essential for both aspiring and experienced professionals in the world of football scouting and analysis.
During this scouting workshop, we will delve into the psychological aspects of football analysis when evaluating players or teams. At IPSO, we firmly believe that participation in this workshop is crucial for all individuals involved in the sport, including scouts, coaches, analysts, managers, technical directors, and agents.

By attending this scouting workshop, you will gain insights that can prevent you from unknowingly making mistakes while analysing and observing players at any level. DURING THE ONLINE COURSE (IMPORTANT)
You may be required to receive video links for the workshop on occasions where you look at the clip through a separate window with other students in tasks then jump back to the workshop under instructions from the tutor. The workshop is interactive and participants can ask questions at any time when participating. Your video is required to be turned on throughout the course to create the classroom effect.
