TID – Scouting and Analysis Course (professionally assessing young players from the age of 6-16)

COURSE INFO: The TID scouting and analysis course is endorsed by the IFBI Brussels and is the start of your education in TID of scouting & analyzing young players. The course has been taken by many current and ex-professional footballers including managers, coaches and analysts to further their knowledge in the TID section of scouting.

PRICE: Is £330 and can be paid in installments but has to be paid in full 1 week before the course begins.


Course Length: 2 Days (Saturday & Sunday) Other days can be arranged.
Course Duration: 16 hours approximately
Venue: Will be shown when you click on the chosen course.
Number of attendants: minimum 10, maximum 40.
Minimum Age: 16 years

Timings: The course will start at 9 o’clock both days and finish at 4-30.


It’s a look into analyzing young players in their development from the age of 6-16, it is developed by Premier League Scouts and Heads of Recruitment touching on all aspects of looking at a player professionally. The course is aimed at anybody form young coaches learning the game to grass roots managers wanting to improve their team, it’s even perfect for parents wanting to help their young son or daughter develop. It is also useful for people working within football like directors of the club, sports directors, coaches, managers, players, analysts, back-room staff (physio, sports science, nutritionists etc), university and college graduates, sports teachers, TV, radio & media, journalists and the average fan who wants to be more knowledgeable about football or get involved in it. The course will delve into key areas vitally important to football scouting at a young age of 6-16.It is also very useful for anyone in other sports like rugby, hockey, cricket or basketball as the analysis, reporting and wording can be transferred into their chosen sport or hobby.

This will equip you with a firm understanding and platform to further develop your knowledge of the TID scouting & analysis process that is needed in order to operate as a football scout or an analyst at grassroots level.
The course is a great stepping stone for a career within football that has been developed in line with the EPPP.
