The club started cooperation regarding scouting with IPSO

Pogoń Szczecin has teamed up with the International Professional Scouting Organisation. The company from the UK will conduct a series of training sessions for staff members and will help in the development of structures in the scouting department.

– “This wider cooperation with Pogoń is a source of immense splendour and honour for us. Employees of the club will undergo professional training under the guidance of our faculty. Pogoń will also receive help in development of scouting department structures and expanding its activities not only in Poland but also abroad, where we will use our extensive contacts,” – said Kamil Potrykus, managing director of IPSO.

– “We decided to start this cooperation because of the experience of people in IPSO. We want to systematically develop our club, and scouting department is one of the most important sectors of the sports department.
