IPSO are delighted to announce they have just struck a 5 year partnership with Oceans Sports Management Company based in Beijing.

The 2002 FIFA World Cup in Japan presented him with the opportunity to be appointed Protocol Manager in Japan by the Japanese World Cup Organizing Committee (JAWOC). In the same year, FIFA Marketing then appointed him as its China General Manager for the 2003 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
After 2003, Shoto became an independent consultant to the Chinese Football Association, Dentsu Sports and several international brands until establishing OCEANS Sports and Entertainment Marketing in 2006.
