Tony Waiters. Was another special guest out in sunny Kansas? Tony who represented England’s national team 5 times when playing for Blackpool and Burnley. He’s best remembered for managing the great Vancouver Whitecaps team that won the Soccer Bowl NASL championship many years ago in 1979. Tony has also managed Canada’s National Football Team and took them to the World cup in 1986. This was a massive feat at the time and Tony is highly thought of and is held in high esteem by the Canadian football authorities. A legend in Canada Tony was very happy to be on the course and thoroughly enjoyed the experience recommending and endorsing the course.
